Are you drowning in management tools and overwhelmed?

Speaking with a Partner the other day, we got into a conversation about something I regularly hear from MSP Owners:

Platforms like EOS or Scaling Up or 4DX can sometimes feel like a burden.

πŸ“Œ Β  The problem isn't that you're not using the β€œbest tool,” it's that some Business Operating Systems (B.O.S.s) are not designed for you.

Those B.O.S. were crafted for teams 2x or 3x your current employee size.

If your Team πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ is fewer than 10-15 people, that structure can feel like busywork or micromanagement.

Sadly over-engineered management tools don't actually solve the root issues for small firms.

Here's what might work instead:

β€ƒβœ… Accountability in Goal Setting by Quarter or Annually

β€ƒβœ… Consistent Conversations about Goals and Metrics

β€ƒβœ… Evaluation of the Work Getting Done

There is NO need for more books or more conferences, just a simple regularly engaged system.

KEY POINT

Find ways each week to prioritize doing the things your organization says matter most, you can find those in your Quarterly or Annual strategic plans.

If you're ready to simplify your operations and get your Team running on jet fuel without the complexity send me a message.

Happy to help!
