Too Many Tools

Are you drowning in management tools and overwhelmed?

Those B.O.S. were crafted for teams 2x or 3x your current employee size.

If your Team 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 is fewer than 10-15 people, that structure can feel like busywork or micromanagement.

Sadly over-engineered management tools don't actually solve the root issues for small firms.

Here's what might work instead:

 ✅ Consistent Conversations about Goals and Metrics

 ✅ Evaluation of the Work Getting Done

There is NO need for more books or more conferences, just a simple regularly engaged system.
