Simple employee surveys don't work

As an MSP owner do you feel like out-of-the-box employee engagement is a joke?

If you feel like those quick Friday surveys aren't really connecting more deeply with your Tech Team.

There are OTHER systems that MSPs can employ.

I had a chat last week with an MSP owner who relies on those end-of-week email surveys to their Tech Team.

πŸ₯‡ They think it's simple to measure team engagement.

It is indeed simple to send an email with a few questions, then track the answers in a software tool... what else do we need, right???

Here's the issue, these surveys are barely scratching the surface.

Decisions based on a smiley face πŸ˜€ or coffee preferences just don't cut it.

For MSP Owners, true engagement is about understanding your team's real needs, not just ticking boxes.

πŸ•‘ Try this instead

Set aside two hours each quarter to really connect with your team.

Real engagement doesn't need to be complicated.

But it needs to be intentional.

When you create space for these moments, your Tech Team will strengthen your business in ways those surveys can't.

πŸ—οΈ Bottom line for MSP Owners, please Invest in genuine conversations with your team
