MSPs, is your team buried in messages... or actually solving client problems and moving the needle?
Had a real conversation with a client the other day that hit close to home:
"We're talking all day, but nothing's actually getting DONE."
It made me think, does nonstop messaging (Teams, Slack, email, alerts) actually help us move faster?
Or is it just keeping everyone busy instead of productive?
Honestly, what we thought was collaboration has turned into a giant game of digital ping-pong.
