Never start a relationship with a vendor without defining the Outcome You want first.

As a MSP Owner you will find yourself entering into discovery calls with experts of many types. From marketing to technology to PSA to legal… each of whom has a system or service for between $1k and $20k to “move your business forward.”

How do you know which to trust, how do you know which testimonials to believe?

Here’s the thing:

7+ hours of Zoom meetings later and you’re left feeling some frustration and many more promises than you could ever double check.

Any Vendor relationship without expectations and Outcomes outlined beforehand will only lead to disappointment for both parties.

Be clear about what you want and what the minimum Outcome will be accepted.

Before you work with a Vendor, hold YOURSELF accountable by explaining what YOU would like the Outcome to be. Avoid frustration with service providers and Vendors by doing 30 minutes of mental work on your own before the first discovery call, you will thank yourself later.
